  • 2 large avocados, peeled
  • 1 medium-size cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 1 cup grated aged cheese
  • Lemon drops
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large pot with water, put in the cauliflower to cook and add a little salt. Once cooked, drain and allow to cool and place on a plate. Add avocado and drizzle with lemon. Grind cream and cheese in a food processor. Place over the avocado and cauliflower.
