Ingredients

  • 8 russet potatoes
  • 1 yellow onion (green onion can be substituted)
  • 4-5 eggs
  • 1 Avocado From Mexico halved, pitted, peeled, mashed

Instructions

  1. Peel and boil potatoes.
  2. Let them cool and cut them in small cubes.
  3. Chop raw onion; chop boiled eggs.
  4. Peel and mash the avocado.
  5. Mix all the ingredients together.
