  • 1 t. Lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, slice avocados in cubes and stir in lemon juice. Salt to taste.
  2. Add honey goat cheese, pistachios and currants to guacamole mixture and gently stir until well combined.
  3. Drizzle guacamole with chipotle honey.
