Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- Lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 5 chopped tomatoes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 5 chiles serranos, seeded and deveined, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 3 chopped avocados
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl mix the sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Season the pork chops with salt, pepper and lemon.
- Place on the grill and cooking until they are golden on both sides. Serve with sauce over.
