Forget the bean dip when you can have Three Bean Guac! Full of creamy avocado, black, pinto and cannellini beans, this guacamole it sure to satisfy all your dip needs!
- 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, mashed
- 1/2 c. Black beans
- 1/2 c. Cannellini beans
- 1/2 c. Pinto beans
- 1 t. Lemon juice
- 1/2 t. Cumin
- 1/2 t. Garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Cilantro, to taste
- In a small bowl, mash avocados. Stir in lemon juice, cumin and garlic power. Salt to taste.
- Add black beans, cannellini beans and pinto beans. Stir until well combined.
- Garnish with cilantro
