Ingredients

  • 1/2 Avocado From Mexico diced
  • 1 tablespoon clover honey
  • 1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 1 cup orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons silver tequila optional

Instructions

  1. In the jar of a blender, place the diced avocado, clover honey, frozen yogurt, orange juice, mint leaves, and tequila if using. Puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
