Ingredients
- 2 large avocados, peeled
- 1 medium-size cauliflower
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 1 cup grated aged cheese
- Lemon drops
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot with water, put in the cauliflower to cook and add a little salt. Once cooked, drain and allow to cool and place on a plate. Add avocado and drizzle with lemon. Grind cream and cheese in a food processor. Place over the avocado and cauliflower.
