  • 3 Avocados From Mexico
  • 4 slices of Pork Jowl or Bacon (if cannot find Jowl) diced
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 3 tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 bunch finely Chopped Cilantro
  • 2 tsp Hot sauce of choice
  • 2 Green Onions sliced thin (save tops to cut on a bias to garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook Pork Jowl till crispy (approx 5-7 minutes). Once cooked, place on paper towel to soak up excess grease.
  2. Scoop out Avocado from shell, place in bowl, reserve the shell to the side so they can be used for your finished products vessel.
  3. Add all ingredients to avocados in bowl and mash together until desired consistency.
  4. Add finished product to reserved avocado shells and garnish with reserved pork jowl & green onions.
