- 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
- 3 oz. coconut milk
- 2 T. lime juice
- 2 t. lime zest
- 2 t. garam masala
- 1 t. ground fennel seed
- 1 t. ground cumin
- 1 t. chili powder
- 1 t. salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mash the avocados to desired consistency.
- Fold in coconut milk, lime juice, lime zest, garam masala, ground fennel seed, cumin, chili powder, and salt until well combined.
