- 2 tablespoon Matcha simple syrup recipe follows
- 1 cup horchata prepared
- 1/2 each Avocado From Mexico peeled and pitted
- 1 ice
- matcha simple syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder
Instructions
- Pour matcha simple syrup into a highball glass.
- In a blender combine horchata and avocado with ice; blend until smooth.
- Pour avocado mixture over the matcha syrup.
- MATCHA SIMPLE SYRUP:
- In a saucepan heat sugar and water together over medium heat until sugar is completely dissolved.
- Whisk in matcha powder.
- Let cool completely.
