Ingredients
- 4 ea. cucumber, slices
- 2 ea. whole grain bread, toasted
- 1/2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, sliced
- 1 ea. garlic clove, sliced
- 2 T. hummus
- 1 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 t. sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 t. Za'atar
Instructions
- Rub a garlic half over the toasted, warm bread. Drizzle 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil over each slice.
- Evenly distribute hummus over each slice of bread and arrange cucumber slices on top.
- Top each slice of toast with half the avocado slices.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and Za'atar over avocado and serve.
