Ingredients
- 2 lbs of shrimp (small type cocktail)
- 36 oysters (without shell)
- 1 pound scallops chopped
- 3 cups cooked and chopped octopus (boiled for 5 min)
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 avocado hass skinless and boneless
- 5 limes (juice)
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- Hot sauce to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crackers to accompany
Instructions
- Marinate the scallops in lemon juice with salt for two hours in the refrigerator.
- Then take it out of the refrigerator, add shrimp, white wine, onion, cilantro, oysters with juice, the ketchup, sauces, salt and pepper.
- Serve in individual cups, garnish with avocado slices and accompany with crackers.
