  • 1/2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 c. red cabbage, shredded
  • 2 T. feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 T. spinach
  • 2 T. hummus

Instructions

  1. Spread the hummus in the center of the tortilla; then add the avocado, feta, spinach and shredded cabbage.
  2. Trifold the tortilla, then tuck the other two sides in. Once rolled, slice in half and serve.
