- 3 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
- 1 ea. lime, juiced
- 2 T. olive oil
- 2 T. hot sauce
- 1 ea. Serrano chile, minced
- 1 ea. jalapeño, minced
- 1 T. red onion, finely chopped
- 2 T. cilantro, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a large bowl, mash the avocados to desired consistency.
- Fold in olive oil, lime juice, hot sauce, Serrano chiles, jalapeños, onions, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.
