Ingredients
- 1 lettuce endive
- 2 medium-sized tomatoes
- 6 sticks of surimi (artificial carb)
- 1 avocado hass
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cut the lettuce into slices. Cut tomatoes in half, remove the seeds and slice in medium Julienne. Cut Surimi sticks into small pieces (approx 2 cm wide).
- Peel avocados and remove the seed, slice Julienne.
- In a pan without oil place the sesame seeds over medium approx heat 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a large bowl mix all ingredients together with olive oil and add salt.
- Sprinkle over salad sesame seeds to serve.
