Go big or go home! With three layers of classic guacamole, Triple Decker Guac is a game-changer for flavor! Stuffed between layers of refried black beans, tomato and bacon, and topped with cheese and sour cream, this guac is a guaranteed win!

Ingredients

  • 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, mashed
  • 4 ea. Bacon, slices, cooked, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. Black beans, mashed, canned, drained
  • 1/3 c. Tomato, diced
  • 1 T. Cheese, cheddar, shredded
  • 1 T. Sour cream
  • 1 t. Lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Cilantro, to garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mash avocados and stir in lemon juice. Salt to taste.
  2. On a medium plate, evenly distribute black beans in a circle, approximately 3 - 4 inches in diameter and one inch high.
  3. Divide guacamole mixture into thirds. Place one - third on top of black beans and evenly distribute until approximately one inch high.
  4. Top guacamole mixture with tomatoes and evenly distribute until approximately one inch high.
  5. Top tomatoes with one-third of guacamole mixture and evenly distribute until approximately one inch high.
  6. Top guacamole mixture with bacon and evenly distribute until approximately one inch high.
  7. Top bacon with the remaining third of the guacamole mixture and evenly distribute until approximately one inch high.
  8. Sprinkle guacamole with cheese, top with sour cream, and garnish with cilantro.
