Ingredients

  • 16 c. Mixed greens
  • 4 c. Roasted turkey, diced
  • 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, sliced
  • 1 c. Candied pecans, chopped
  • 1 c. Goat cheese, crumbled
  • 3/4 c. Craisins
  • Citrus Vinaigrette
  • 2 T. Orange juice
  • 2 T. Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 T. Honey
  • 2 T. Avocado oil
  • 1 t. Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, add the orange juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, avocado oil and dijon mustard. Stir until well combined and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Distribute the mixed greens into separate bowls.
  3. Evenly top the mixed greens with the turkey, candied pecans, goat cheese, craisins, avocado and citrus vinaigrette.
