Ingredients
- 16 c. Mixed greens
- 4 c. Roasted turkey, diced
- 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, sliced
- 1 c. Candied pecans, chopped
- 1 c. Goat cheese, crumbled
- 3/4 c. Craisins
- Citrus Vinaigrette
- 2 T. Orange juice
- 2 T. Apple cider vinegar
- 2 T. Honey
- 2 T. Avocado oil
- 1 t. Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, add the orange juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, avocado oil and dijon mustard. Stir until well combined and salt and pepper to taste.
- Distribute the mixed greens into separate bowls.
- Evenly top the mixed greens with the turkey, candied pecans, goat cheese, craisins, avocado and citrus vinaigrette.
