This guac is full of all your tuna salad favorites of celery, pickles and onions. Ingredients
- 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico
- 3/4 c. Tuna in water
- 3 T. Red onions, diced
- 3 T. Celery diced
- 3 T. Pickle, diced
- 3 T. Avocado oil mayonnaise
- 1 T. Lemon juice
- 1 t. Garlic powder
- To taste, Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mash avocados and stir in lemon juice.
- Add tuna, red onions, celery, pickle, mayonnaise and garlic powder to guacamole mixture and salt and pepper to taste.
