Ingredients

  • 3 Avocados From Mexico
  • 3 tomatillos Smashed
  • 1 Med Fire Roasted Poblano Pepper Peeled & diced
  • 2 Mini Fire Roasted and Peeled Red Sweet Peppers peeled & diced
  • 1 Fire Roasted Jalapeno diced
  • 3 tbsp mild olive oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh minced cilantro
  • 3 tbsp diced fresh pineapple
  • 1 fresh squeezed lime Juiced
  • 1/2 fresh squeezed blood orange juiced
  • 1/4 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Green leaf lettuce
  • 1/4 tsp of fresh ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp of granulated garlic

Instructions

  1. Core and smash the avocado, immediately add lime and mix then add rest of ingredients and mix well, adjust with salt and lime as needed. Refrigerate!
