Avocado Tuna Salad

When you’re craving avocados, this recipe’s got you. It’s made with fresh Avocados From Mexico, so you know it’s gonna be goooood. Oh, and don’t forget to bookmark this recipe, because once you try it, you’ll be back for more.

INGREDIENTS

  • 16 c. Mixed greens
  • 2 ea. Canned tuna in water, 9 oz, drained
  • 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, cubed
  • 1/2 c. Avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Celery, small diced
  • 1/2 c. Pickles
  • 1/2 c. Red onion, small diced
  • 1 T. Lemon juice
  • 2 t. Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a medium bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.
  2. Add avocado, celery, pickles, and onion. Gently stir until well combined and add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a serving bowl, add mixed greens and top with tuna salad.
