Ingredients
- 1 ea. 9-inch tortilla wrap
- 1/2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. red cabbage, shredded
- 2 T. feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 T. spinach
- 2 T. hummus
Instructions
- Spread the hummus in the center of the tortilla; then add the avocado, feta, spinach and shredded cabbage.
- Trifold the tortilla, then tuck the other two sides in. Once rolled, slice in half and serve.
