- 2 ea. flour tortillas
- 2/3 c. roasted chicken, skinless, diced
- 1/2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, diced
- 4 T. plain yogurt
- 4 T. roasted red pepper, diced
- 2 T. cucumber, diced
- 2 t. dijon mustard
- 2 t. red onion, diced
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a bowl, combine the avocado, chicken, yogurt, Dijon mustard, onion, red pepper, cucumber, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired.
- Divide the mixture evenly between the two tortillas. Roll the wrap around the filling and serve.
