Ingredients

  • 3 Aguacates de México hass sin hueso y sin piel
  • 2 tazas de caldo de pollo desgrasado
  • 2 tazas de agua de coco
  • 1 chile jalapeño sin semilla
  • 1/2 cucharaditas de semilla de cilantro
  • 1/2 taza de yogurt natural
  • 2 cucharadas de coco natural rayado
  • 2 cucharaditas de cilantro fresco finamente picado para decorar

Instructions

  1. En una licuadora poner los aguacates y el caldo de pollo y licuamos por 2 minutos. Luego incorporamos el coco rayado, el chile jalapeño, la semilla de cilantro, el yogurt , la sal y la pimienta. Licuamos por otros 5 minutos hasta lograr una consistencia cremosa.
  2. Servir inmediatamente en platos para sopa y decorar con un poco de hojas de cilantro picado por encima.
