Ingredients

  • 1 Aguacate de México maduro, sin semilla, pelado y en rebanadas
  • 6 tortillas de harina pequeñas (de 6 pulgadas cada una)
  • 1/2 taza de aderezo para ensaladas césar o ranch, separado
  • 1/2 libra de pavo ahumado cortado en rebanadas delgadas
  • 1-1/2 taza de lechuga cortada finamente
  • 2 tomates ciruela grandes, cortados a lo largo en rebanadas
  • 1 cucharada de cucharada de jugo de limón

Instructions

  1. Untar con aderezo César un lado de la tortilla
  2. Agregar pavo, lechuga, tomate y Aguacate de México sobre la tortilla
  3. Esparcir unas gotas de jugo de limón y el aderezo restante
  4. Enrollar cada tortilla rellena
  5. Envolver en papel de plástico, todas juntas
  6. Refrigerar por lo menos durante media hora
  7. Para servir:
  8. Recortar las puntas y del resto hacer 5 ó 6 rebanadas.
  9. Acomodar los rollitos en una fuente para servir
