NatureSweet® Constellation® tomatoes, whole, roasted 20 ea. Garlic, whole clove, roasted 1/2 c. Basil, fresh To taste Black pepper, cracked For the dressing: 1 c. Balsamic vinaigrette, avocado oil, pre-made INSTRUCTIONS In a large mixing bowl, add arugula and drizzle with half the balsamic vinaigrette. Toss well to combine and evenly distribute onto four serving plates. Place the burrata cheese in the center of each plate. Evenly distribute the Ciliegine mozzarella around the outer edge of the salads. Evenly distribute tomatoes, roasted avocado and garlic on top of the salads. Sprinkle salads with basil.
