- 1 ea. Avocado From Mexico, pitted, peeled, & diced
- 1 T. green onion, finely chopped
- 1 t. lime juice
- 1/4 t. garlic, minced
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1/4 t. pepper
- Hot sauce to taste
- In a small bowl, gently toss the avocados with the green onions, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Add hot sauce as desired.
