Ingredients
- 1 lb. salmon fillets, skinned, pin bones removed & diced
- 2 ea. stalks of green onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 T. dill, finely chopped
- 2 T. lime juice, divided
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico
Instructions
- Place diced salmon in a food processor; gently pulse 4 to 5 times until salmon is minced.
- In a large bowl, add salmon, green onions, cilantro, dill, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, salt, and pepper; mix until well combined. Form salmon mixture into 6 equal patties.
- Heat grill to medium-high. Cook salmon burgers 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In a small bowl, mash together avocado and the remaining lime juice until slightly chunky and smooth. Top each burger with mashed avocado.
