1 Avocado From Mexico, diced balsamic vinegar glaze
Preheat the oven to 450F. Extend dough to rectangle shaped form. Place dough in a greased pan shaped box, and bake for 5 minutes.
Then first place the mozzarella, chicken, feta cheese, olives, onion, tomatoes, avocado and mushrooms.
Bake in oven again for 6-7 minutes or until the dough is golden and mozzarella cheese is melted. When serving pour a little balsamic glaze on the pizza.
