Ingredients
- 4 ea. eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 t. butter
- 4 ea. slice of bread, toasted
- 1/2 c. cream cheese
- 1 ea. Avocado From Mexico, pitted, peeled, & sliced
- 1 T. Everything Bagel seasoning
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook to desired consistency.
- Spread cream cheese on toast and spoon scrambled eggs. Top with avocado and sprinkle with bagel seasoning.
