- 2 ea. rustic bread, thick slices
- 1 ea. Avocados From Mexico
- 1 T. fresh lemon juice
- 1 T. olive oil
- 1 t. Za'atar
- 1/2 t. flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Toast the bread in the toaster to desired crispiness.
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado and mix with 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Spread the avocado thickly, and evenly, on both pieces of toast.
