Made with fresh burrata,
mozzarella, avocado,
tomatoes, garlic, and fresh
basil, this salad is a fresh
option for any meal. Serve
with a protein or by itself -
either way, its fresh flavor will
satisfy your veggie craving!

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add arugula and drizzle with half the balsamic vinaigrette. Toss well to combine and evenly distribute onto four serving plates.
  2. Place the burrata cheese in the center of each plate.
  3. Evenly distribute the Ciliegine mozzarella around the outer edge of the salads.
  4. Evenly distribute tomatoes, roasted avocado and garlic on top of the salads.
  5. Sprinkle salads with basil.
  6. Using a pepper mill, evenly crack pepper on salads.
  7. Drizzle salads with remaining dressing and serve.
