Pop-Guac

Are you ready for Summer on a chip? Made with Avocados From Mexico and poppi, Pop-Guac is the most delicious guacamole your taste buds never saw coming! Simply mix Ginger Lime poppi into your go-to guacamole recipe. With a splash of citrus and a hint of spice, it adds a vibrant, fizzy flavor that truly pops.

In honor of National Avocado Day, we’re serving up a chance for consumers to get their own Pop-Guac kits with everything a guac enthusiast needs to create this inventive twist on the beloved snack. INGREDIENTS

  • 3-4 EA Avocados From Mexico
  • 4 fl oz. Ginger Lime Poppi
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 c. White onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. Cilantro, finely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Remove stem from avocado.
  2. Cut avocado in half from top to bottom.
  3. Twist one half of the avocado to pull two halves apart.
  4. Remove pit from avocado.
  5. Scoop out the pulp from the avocado and place into a large bowl.
  6. In a large bowl, gently mash the avocado with poppi and salt.
  7. Gently fold in onions, jalapeños, and cilantro.
  8. Enjoy your Pop-Guac!
To preserve the guac longer:
  1. Cover the container with one sheet of plastic wrap from edge to edge.
  2. Smooth the plastic onto the guacamole, removing all air pockets to prevent oxidation.
  3. Enjoy when you’re ready!
