Ingredients

  • 1 ea. Avocado From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
  • 1 T. mayonnaise
  • 1 t. lemon juice
  • 1 T. capers
  • 1/2 t. dried dill
  • 1/4 t. salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mash the avocado until chunky-smooth.
  2. Fold in mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers, dill, and salt until well combined.
