Turkey Avocado Wrap & Roasted Red Pepper Avocado Hummus

  • 6 ounces turkey thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. mayo
  • 1 Avocados From Mexico, thinly sliced
  • 1 plain, spinach or red pepper wrap
  • green leaf lettuce to taste
  • tomato sliced, to taste
  • Roasted Red Pepper Avocado Hummus Mash 
  • 1 ea Avocado From Mexico 
  • 1/4 cup prepared roasted red pepper hummus 
  • 1/4 t kosher salt 


  1. Slice up the avocados and place on turkey.
  2. Slather on mayo and place on pita wrap.
  3. Add lettuce and tomato, wrap it up and enjoy.
  4. Roasted Red Pepper Avocado Hummus Mash Instructions: 1. In a bowl, roughly mash avocado with a fork until chunky-smooth.  2. Stir in hummus and salt until well combined.  3. Spread onto sandwiches.
