- 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico
- 1/2 c. Sun dried figs, diced
- 1/3 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1/4 c. Pecans, crumbled
- 1 T. Lemon juice
- To taste, Salt
- In a small bowl, mash avocados and stir in lemon juice.
- Add figs, ricotta cheese and pecans to guacamole mixture and salt to taste.
