Ingredients

  • 1 lettuce endive
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 6 sticks of surimi (artificial carb)
  • 1 avocado hass
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the lettuce into slices. Cut tomatoes in half, remove the seeds and slice in medium Julienne. Cut Surimi sticks into small pieces (approx 2 cm wide).
  2. Peel avocados and remove the seed, slice Julienne.
  3. In a pan without oil place the sesame seeds over medium approx heat 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together with olive oil and add salt.
  5. Sprinkle over salad sesame seeds to serve.
