This guac is full of all your tuna salad favorites of celery, pickles and onions. But when it’s mixed with creamy and delicious Avocados From Mexico, it takes the classic tuna salad flavor to a whole new level. This is the perfect topping for toasted whole grain bread or crackers. Ingredients

  • 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico
  • 3/4 c. Tuna in water
  • 3 T. Red onions, diced
  • 3 T. Celery diced
  • 3 T. Pickle, diced
  • 3 T. Avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 1 T. Lemon juice
  • 1 t. Garlic powder
  • To taste, Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mash avocados and stir in lemon juice.
  2. Add tuna, red onions, celery, pickle, mayonnaise and garlic powder to guacamole mixture and salt and pepper to taste.
