- 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, cubed
- 10 ea. Figs, diced
- 1/3 c. Feta cheese
- 1/4 c. Walnuts, chopped
- 2 t. Honey
- 1 t. Lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- In a large bowl, mash avocados and stir in lemon juice and honey. Salt to taste.
- Add figs, cheese and walnuts to guacamole mixture. Stir until well combined.
