  • 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
  • 1 ea. lime, juiced
  • 1 T. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 T. sour cream

  • 1 ea. ear of corn, grilled & kernels removed
  • 1 ea. tomato, seeded & diced
  • 1/2 t. cilantro, finely chopped
  • Salt to taste

  1. In a medium bowl, mash the avocados to desired consistency.
  2. Fold in lime juice, olive oil, sour cream, TABASCO®, corn, tomatoes, and cilantro until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
