Ingredients

  • 3 Avocados From Mexico
  • 2 ears corn on cob
  • 1 lime
  • 4 oz sour cream
  • 1 roasted poblano pepper
  • 1 roasted aniehien pepper
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 1 tbls onion powder
  • 1 oz chopped garlic reglaze with lime

Instructions

  1. Salute garlic till light brown.
  2. Roast corn and peppers on BBQ.
  3. Cut corn from cob, peel burnt skin off peppers, puree garlic and peppers together.
  4. Mash 3 Avocados From Mexico, add sour cream, onion powder, and pepper puree.
  5. Chop green onion and cilantro mix all ingredients well.
