Coconut Avocado Ice Cream


  • 2 avocados
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons vodka
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until obtaining a smooth blend. Let cool in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Add mixture to a machine to make ice cream and follow the instructions of the machine.
