Cut the lettuce into slices. Cut tomatoes in half, remove the seeds and slice in medium Julienne. Cut Surimi sticks into small pieces (approx 2 cm wide).
Peel avocados and remove the seed, slice Julienne.
In a pan without oil place the sesame seeds over medium approx heat 5 minutes or until golden brown.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together with olive oil and add salt.
Sprinkle over salad sesame seeds to serve.
