  • 6 ea. Mission® Super Soft® Flour Tortillas, warmed
  • 6 ea. Boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 1.5 lbs total)
  • 1 t. Chili powder
  • 3/4 t. Salt
  • 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved, pitted, peeled, and sliced
  • 1 ea. Jalapeño, thinly sliced
  • 1 ea. Red bell pepper, diced small
  • 1 ea. Lime, cut into wedges
  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken with chili powder and salt.
  2. Grill chicken, turning once, for 10 to 12 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. Transfer the chicken to a plate to cool slightly. Slice chicken into strips.
  4. Divide chicken into warm tortillas and top with sliced avocado, jalapeño slices and red bell pepper.
  5. Serve with lime wedges and a cold Modelo Beer. Enjoy!
