GRILLED CHICKEN
TACOS
INGREDIENTS
- 6 ea. Mission® Super Soft® Flour Tortillas, warmed
- 6 ea. Boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 1.5 lbs total)
- 1 t. Chili powder
- 3/4 t. Salt
- 2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, halved, pitted, peeled, and sliced
- 1 ea. Jalapeño, thinly sliced
- 1 ea. Red bell pepper, diced small
- 1 ea. Lime, cut into wedges
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken with chili powder and salt.
- Grill chicken, turning once, for 10 to 12 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Transfer the chicken to a plate to cool slightly. Slice chicken into strips.
- Divide chicken into warm tortillas and top with sliced avocado, jalapeño slices and red bell pepper.
- Serve with lime wedges and a cold Modelo Beer. Enjoy!
