- Cook Pork Jowl till crispy (approx 5-7 minutes). Once cooked, place on paper towel to soak up excess grease.
- Scoop out Avocado from shell, place in bowl, reserve the shell to the side so they can be used for your finished products vessel.
- Add all ingredients to avocados in bowl and mash together until desired consistency.
- Add finished product to reserved avocado shells and garnish with reserved pork jowl & green onions.
