- 1 ea. Avocado From Mexico, halved, pitted, & peeled
- 1 T. mayonnaise
- 1 t. lemon juice
- 1 T. capers
- 1/2 t. dried dill
- 1/4 t. salt
- In a small bowl, mash the avocado until chunky-smooth.
- Fold in mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers, dill, and salt until well combined.
