  1. Peel the avocados, cut them in half, take out the bone and empty them using a spoon; then mash them with the help of a fork
  2. After mashing the avocados halve the limes and lemons and squeeze them over the mashed avocados until all their juices come out
  3. Cut the tomatoes in half, grate them and then finely chop their skin and remaining flesh; add to the avocado mix
  4. Thinly slice the daikon radish and then chop the slices finely
  5. Remove the apple seeds, cut them in half and chop them thinly
  6. Mix everything together and add salt and pepper to taste
  7. Top it with the dehydrated strawberries, onions and apple sticks
  8. Add a squeeze of lime on top for an extra kick of flavor (optional)
  9. Eat and enjoy
