  • 20 camarones medianos desvenados y pelados
  • jugo de medio limón
  • 2 chiles chipotles finamente picados con su adobo
  • 1 cucharada de cilantro picado
  • sal y pimienta al gusto
  • 3 Aguacate de México
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • 2 cebolla verde picada finamente
  • jugo de ½ limón

  • 8 tostadas de maíz

Instructions

  1. Guacamole: en un tazón pisa los aguacates con un tenedor. Agregar el aceite, cebolla, cilantro, limón, sal y pimienta al gusto. Reserva
  2. En un sartén mediano a fuego alto agrega el aceite y cocina los camarones hasta que estén rosados. Agrega el jugo de limón, el chile chipotle y cocina por 5 minutos.
  3. En cada tostada esparce un poco de guacamole y coloca los camarones. Decora con cilantro y sirve.
