Ingredients
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 ea. Avocados From Mexico, sliced and frozen
- 2 T. maple syrup
- 1-1/2 t. nutritional yeast
- 1/2 t. vanilla extract
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
- 1/4 t. salt
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust the sweetness, salt, or spices to your liking. Pour into chilled glass and serve.
