Roast Beef with Avocado-Horseradish Mayonnaise


  • 1/2 ea. Avocado From Mexico, peeled, pitted, and mashed
  • 1 T. horseradish
  • 1 T. mayonnaise
  • 4 ea. slices of sandwich bread
  • 8 ea. slices of roast beef


  1. Take the mashed avocado and mix it with the horseradish and mayonnaise.
  2. Spread the avo-horseradish mayonnaise on two slices of bread and then top with four slices of roast beef.
  3. Top with the remaining bread slices and serve.
