1/2 Avocado From Mexico, peeled, pitted, and mashed
1 T. horseradish
1 T. mayonnaise
4 slices of sandwich bread
8 slices of roast beef
Take the mashed avocado and mix it with the horseradish and mayonnaise.
Spread the avo-horseradish mayonnaise on two slices of bread and then top with four slices of roast beef.
Top with the remaining bread slices and serve.
